VET by EHL Kitchen Professional Diploma Learning outcome

Foundation Certificate: Students will acquire the basic skills required to be operational in a kitchen, which will be reinforced by the 3-month internship.

Intermediate Certificate: After having acquired the skills to operate independently in the kitchen, students will be exposed to different types of cuisine and kitchen operations. This will be then also reinforced by a 3-month internship.

Advanced Certificate: After one-year experience, students will get the skills and the competencies to take on a supervisory role with a better understanding of managing a kitchen. This programme will conclude with the last 3-month internship.
